Donna Tramontozzi
Donna Tramontozzi is the consummate industry veteran. She has worked at Fortune 100 companies and start-ups. She’s been a consultant and a corporate executive. As a high tech professional for almost three decades, Donna has a deep understanding of technology and how technology affects business processes and learning.
Donna worked at Digital Equipment during its heyday – VMS, VAX machines – when DEC was on top. There she worked in a number of capacities, starting out as a technical writer and evolving into the Technical Director for the 1,200 person software services organization that provided documentation, training, usability and internationalization services to worldwide engineering groups. Along the way she managed an engineering group as well as other writers.
After honing these corporate skills, Donna took full advantage of the internet as a medium. As co-owner and Chief Strategy Officer of New Tilt, a Boston-based interactive agency, Donna led large, complex website projects for Massport, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, MIT, Brown University, Dartmouth College, RSA Security and the Smithsonian Institution.
Donna received the 2005 Technology Leadership award from the Mass Technology Leadership Council at their fall 2005 banquet. As one of ten winners, she was recognized for her significant contributions in using technology as a business enabler.
Donna is a talented amateur photographer and a great storyteller.
